Great no EXCELLENT Job Longhorn! Price for what you get is unbelievable! Steaks are always cooked to order, sweet potatoes are always perfect, service is always good! By the way the Chocolate Stampede is a must try for dessert!!

Orland Park is not what I call the culinary capital of the world. When it comes time to pick a lunch place, pick a chain any chain. But wait. Don't just pick any chain. Some are better than others. In this case, this LongHorn did a great job. I had classic cheeseburger and a side of the lobster & shrimp chowder. The burger was delicious and done just the way I like it. (Why some places can't do this, I have no idea.) The soup was good, but did not, uh, bowl me over. Service was really good. Drinks were served fast and frequently. Our server even gave me an iced tea in a to go cup! How did she know I had a long drive home? I have been here before with my parents and can say that I have been consistently happy with my meal and service. I will definitely be back!

I can't remember leaving a restaurant angry before. They just did everything wrong. There was no one at or near the host stand. A waitress had to tell him I was there a couple of minutes after I arrived. In an empty house I waited again for my server. Once seated I ordered soup, salad and sandwich from their lunch specials. I asked for my French onion soup first (topped with Swiss cheese and more salty than usual). In the middle of my soup my burger arrived delivered by another staff member. Next my waitress delivers my salad while I'm still working on my soup. I now have a table full of plates, bowls glasses etc and still eating soup! The salad dressing was glopped in the center of the bowl so I had to mix it in myself or be overpowered by it. The burger was half well done and half medium. Idk how someone even does that. Not happy

Not what it used to be. Server cannot tell me what "grade" the meat is?! Warning will Robinson!! Server left entire meal of dirty dishes on the table while we ate. Sigh..... Used to have amazing service here, this is not what I remembered.

Walked in at 3 p and had a 25 minute wait for a table and then they sat us in a booth that was cleared when we walked in. Had a burger which was bland and fries were lacking seasoning. This is our 3rd time at a Longhorn, 1st time here was good. 2nd at the longhorn in Portage, service was bad. This time too long of wait for 3 pm. A lot of empty tables and no one was seating the room full of people waiting. Sorry Orland probably will pass next time as you are surrounded by a lot of better establishments.

I rarely give 5 stars but this one deserves it! We went here on Friday, March 20th. It was around 900 pm We called ahead for a call ahead time (they don't do reservations). When we got there 3 other couples were waiting but we got seated within 5 minutes. I ordered the Flo's filet mignon with mashed potatoes and a side salad. They have a new beefsteak tomato and bacon specialty salad so I order that for 1.something extra. OMG the salad was like a whole meal... it was very good but I knew if I ate the whole thing, I would not be able to eat my steak. I couldn't save it because it came with dressing on it. (next time I will ask for dressing on the side).... My steak and potatoes came. OH woosh to die for. I had medium well.. it just melted in your mouth like butter. I haven't had a good steak in awhile. The mashed potatoes came with butter on top. It was delish. The only thing that make this better was our server. Shout out to RENEE. She was friendly and down to earth. So when you go ask to sit in Renee s section if you have a chance.

This is the worst Longhorn Steakhouse ever!!!! We were there to celebrate a special occasion and Erika, the manager, managed to make it a disaster. We had a large group of people and called ahead. She said no reservations. When we got there they told us we had to wait because another large group walked in. After 45 min of waiting, there was nobody left waiting in the front or in the bar but our group. There were tables open where they could seat us but wouldn't because it was an inconvenience for them. We waited for over an hour before they seated us and then another large group that came in after us. The group that came in after us got their drinks and food before we did. In all we waited an hour and a half to get service and the large group with the same number of people that sat down after us got service right away. Needless to say, our celebration was not what it should have been. We should've gone anywhere but here. Their food was pretty awful as well. The steak was way over seasoned and my chicken was dry and coated in soy sauce even though it was supposed to be a white wine sauce. Never again!!!! The food and service at this place are probably worse than a Micky-D's. Totally ruined what should have been a nice night.

I'm shocked at the bad reviews here. Never had a bad experience. The ribeye is probably the best I've ever had anywhere. We usually get a hold of a free app coupon too which is nice. Love this place for a bloody steak!

The two stars is for the Server ... She was amazing , the food on the other hand was a no for myself and Boyfriend . To be honest with you it was a waist of money . We like grill cooked steaks and this was clearly cooked on a flat top,the loaded mash potatoes where cold and I'm not a fan of their bread and brick butter , the best part of the meal was the White peach lemonade .. We will stick with Texas Roadhouse....

The food is nothing special. It's what I expect from a chain restaurant though. I had a gift card that's the only reason I came. I ordered a salad, Mac and Cheese pasta with bacon and a side order of potato chips. The salad was a cheap iceberg lettuce mix, the pasta wasn't very good and seemed very soupy and lukewarm and the potato chips were over seasoned. My husband ordered a Chicken and Avocado sandwich and tomato basil soup. The sandwich was greasy, messy and fell apart. The soup was too salty. The waitress was nice, but rushed us out of the restaurant and I'm not sure why because it was very slow. She didn't even offer us another beer, just quickly gave us the check. I barely ate any of my food because it wasn't good. I won't be returning. I was messaged on Yelp later by the manager and he was concerned and wanted to fix the situation. That shows good customer service and management.

Went with a group of six for my daughter's birthday. It was nice there was no waiting, and the staff was very friendly, although it was a Tuesday night. 5 of us ordered steak while one ordered salmon 2 of those had lobster tails added. Everyone said everything was delicious, however for the price they only give you one side. For $ 10 I would have told them to keep their tiny lobster tails. Overall I would say we had a good experience, and I would go back.

I treated my daughter to dinner today. And it was really nice. The service was a bit slow, for a weekday, but the food was good. For starters we had the shrimp w/peppers, and spinach dip which is as good. Our entrees consisted of the filet and the porterhouse steaks, w/mashed potatoes and asparagus sides. For dessert we had the vanilla bean ice cream w/ caramel and glazed apples. Excellent.

Everytime I go the food is good and my steak is cooked just right. I always get the tbone from here so thats what Im reviewing. Service is excellent the numerous times I have gone and there is always a wait for dinner but this just supports my claim of it being really good food. It is pricey but I feel like I get what I payed for.

I wrote Longhorn off for a VERY long time simply because of a bad experience I had one of their other locations. That was a poor decision on my part because it kept me away from this location! Our meal was very good and my steak was cooked perfectly to my liking. Overall it was a good cut of meat and I really did enjoy it. Our server was friendly and helpful but almost too apologetic. I think he got shelled by his manager because of the complete morons who were seated behind us who were just looking to get something for nothing. If I had a tire iron,,, That is a story for another day... You did right by me Longhorn!

"It's just a lettuce bug." These guys are dopes. Their steaks are good and I like their onion thing or whatever. I found a cockroach in my salad and the dingus manager basically told me and my family to deal with it. "It happens from time to time." "It's just a lettuce bug." We left because I don't eat bugs. I'm a human. We're going to go see a movie now as a family but I am sick to my stomach. Don't go to this place. Bad place.

If u read my reviews i do not give many 5 stars out but the other day they knocked it out of the park. First went on a Saturday night and ordered the bourbon steak with candied bacon. Wow great steak and all the sides were perfect. Also the popcorn shrimp with some type of spicy sauce were great. But what made the night was the manager Ray. He stopped by and asked how the meal was and i told him it had been a while since we had been there maybe 2 years because it was so bad that night for everyone for a 180 dollar meal. That it took allot to get my daughter to go back. But tonight was perfect. He later brought us a complimentary dessert and thank yes for giving them a try. Great touch by Ray. Keep it up. Goes to show you its the people that make a restaurant not the restaurant.

I had two straight great experiences at this place and then had an awful one. The good ones included great table side chipotle steak sauce for my porterhouse-so damn good. Good sides and salads. The only thing good during the bad experience was a specialty drink called the "Montana Mule" - served in an old west style mug. The rest of that experience included bad salads, chewy steak and tiny lobster tail. The worst part was my wife's water glass had a sauce container in it-like the ones that contain salad dressing. Disgusting and a bad catch by our server. Haven't given up yet but hesitant to go back.

Called in for a reservation, they told us the wait would be 1-1.5 hours. Ended up waiting 2 hours. They paged us but the tables weren't ready. Ended up waiting another 10 minutes. They suggested that next time we call in our reservation. I asked for medium on my prime rib, but got well done. This isn't the first time I've had issues here. It will be my last visit here.

I thought Longhorn was an average steakhouse joint. Their steaks are juicy and taste, but their burgers are really good. Including their Texas fries, I'm talking smack yo momma good. Overall, this a great place to take the family on a Sunday evening. Enjoy!

The wife and I came here one night because we had a gift card. We arrived in the early evening, and were told there would be about a 20 minute wait. I asked about the vacant section in the bar with booths and high top tables, and the host said they don't have a server for that section. So we waited about 15 minutes, and the host started seating people at the high top tables as they walked in the door! I went and asked again about the section, and was told that we could sit there now. You think they would offer the tables to the people who had been waiting? Once we were seated, we waited around for a waitress, and then put our orders in immediately (since we had more than enough time to study the menu). They were out of Blue Moon, and apparently don't keep another keg on hand. The cesar salad was one of the worst I have experienced. And the steak was pretty bland, even though it was cooked perfectly. TGI Fridays has way better steaks.... I'm not even kidding. Throughout the entire dinner, there were tables that had never been cleared off since we arrived. There must have been at least 8 tables that I could see from where I was sitting- And the customer waiting are was packed with nowhere to sit! There was hardly ever a bartender behind the bar serving those customers either. Our experience was painful, and the food was not worth the money even with a gift card.

Just had a great lunch. Soup was amazing and the grilled chicken and avocado flatbread was superb! Our server was excellent! Haven't had such good food and service in a long time! What a pleasant surprise!

This was our first time and it was super. Becky R a manger greeted us and sat us down, took out drink order!!! She was super and so so pleasant with all customers in the place. Our server was Jamie and she was super too!!! We couldn't have asked for better service or a meal!! Thank you and we are returning customers for sure now:-)

Visited on 08/19/2013. 18oz Rib Eye and 7oz Filet Mignon were both very good and the best part of the meal. Garden salad was made with cheap Iceberg lettuce, therefore, no "wow" factor. Caesar Salad was good. Soup had more croutons than soup. Service was very good. Air Conditioning works very, very good in this restaurant, so bring a jacket.

I was at Longhorn Steakhouse in Orland Park twice. I went the first time and although the food was decent, the service left much to be desired. The wife and I went back several months later, in fact, it was about 8 months later as she was pregnant the first time and the baby was a newborn when we returned. We figured maybe things would change in all that time and maybe they had an off night. Well, we went back and sat there for almost 20 minutes before getting any sort of wait staff to come to the table to even give us drinks. We would have left, but it was cold out, we had the baby with us and didn't want to go to another restaurant and wait. My wife had a steak that she ordered medium rare. When they served it, it was pretty much mooing at her when she got it. It was disgusting. They took it back, brought out a new steak. She cut into it and it was still bloody and rare. She politely asked if the same cut of meat could be put back in, didn't need a whole new piece of meat or anything, just to put it in for a few minutes. By this time my food was getting cold. I was starving as well and so my wife said just eat. The baby was getting fussy at this point. They brought it back out and this time it was not too bad. Mind you, my wife is non confrontational and never complains about food at a restaurant, but this was unedible in the first two times around. We couldn't get refills on our drinks and the wait staff, on a S L O W night was almost impossible to be found. The only time they were present was when it was time to give our debit card to her so the tip could be had. We won't be going back. For a chain restaurant serving steak, we'll be heading over to Texas Roadhouse down the street.

I wanted to treat my brother TIm and our long time friend Joey to a nice Birthday dinner, We were told it was a 45 minute wait. My little bro suggested we go to a different place but We had just driven from O'hare to the south side and we were all tired and hungry. Also I wanted a nice juicy steak. We ordered a starter of cheese stuffed mushrooms that were really good. But in retrospect I should have just bought a few steaks and brought them home and broiled em. I think we would have all been better off. The steaks were just okay We got rib eyes but they were kind of thin. Mine was not as rare as I would like but then again I almost like meat to be walking when I have a steak. We would have liked our steaks short and thick. instead of long and thin. I had asparagus as a side but think it was over priced and the sweet potato that was pretty good. Our friend ordered greenbeans that were dry and had no flavor. This is not how a fresh vegetable should be for that price. My little bro got a salad and mashed potatoes he enjoyed those, My boyfriend had suggested this place for my Birthday and am glad I went here first cause I am going to tell him no way honey I will make us steaks at home. So I give this place C, only because the waitress was a really sweet young lady and gave us good service.

This was our first visit here for the entire family. We took my mom out for Mother's Day. The wait wasn't too long. That was nice. Our server seemed a little out of it and admitted later it was his last day and he was just there to "hang out" and he said he just didn't care today. I appreciate the honesty and understand but that doesn't mean we should get a lower grade of service. He was slow moving but kind. He seemed as though he never waited a day in his life. Would leave our table half way in the middle of us talking. That was irritating. But hey it was his last day. He wanted to leave you could tell. All the staff was kind and respectful. I appreciated that. Food was OK. Not incredible amounts of flavor. Messed up my dads order but we don't send food back ever. Probably won't come back here ever. For how much money you spend I would expect the experience to be a little over three star service. We also were served an appetizer on a dirty plate. That grossed me out. I'd head to one of the other 100 restaurants in Orland instead.

We've been visiting this location for a few years and usually are very pleased. Last night we had a less than normal service experience and we hope it's just a onetime thing. Good was great but server couldn't get bill correct after third attempt. Frustrating to be charged over posted menu prices. It was also FREEZING in there. We saw many patrons going to their cars for sweaters/jackets. We will be back and look forward to our usual experience.

Let me start off by saying that i LOVE longhorn's food. I come here specifically for the food, but the service is more often awful than it is decent. We had a party of two, and was told that it would be a 45 minute to an hour wait on a Thursday night after 7. I notice that a lot of tables were empty in the dining room, and there was only one table filled in the bar section, with one couple sitting at the bar. I approached the hostess and told her we were willing to sit in the bar section if it would be more convenient and she told me that we had to wait because the bartender was busy. Okay, fine by me, but tell me why parties who arrived after us were seated before us? We were sat, and our waitress was not friendly. We ordered spinach dip, and it was lukewarm by the time it got to us. Everything else seemed fine meal-wise.

Food was good but the service was horrible today. It looked like our waiter had too many tables and they were understaffed. food took too long to come out, waiter forgot our basket of bread 3 times. Every time he came out he would say "let me get the bread for you" and he would disappear for 5 minutes and when he came back he would say "oh, the bread, let me get it for you". It happened 3 times. Out drinks werent refilled for a while because he would disappear for minutes and when he came out he was busy with other tables.

This was one of my favorite restaurants and I'm not happy about having to give this place a bad review but I'm very disappointed. I had dinner there last Tuesday night with my friend and got a steak, baked potato, and a caesar salad. Our food came out in a decent time, but the server forgot to put my salad in which was kind of annoying because she didn't even acknowledge it. The meal was good until I woke up the next morning to horrible stomach pains which ultimately led to me throwing up for hours. I got the worst food poisoning that I've ever had from this place. What was really irritating is that I called 3 times in a matter of 4 hours on Wednesday to let their management know they probably need to check the food. Every time I called, the host told me all the managers were in a meeting. I've worked in a restaurant and I get it, but if you are going to be in meetings for that long you should probably have someone available to deal with guest issues while that is taking place. I'm very disappointed with this place and don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

I thought this restaurant was very good. My waitress very attentive and when there was a problem with the heat of the food she apologized and took care of the problem right away. Beside the problem with the steak, which was switched for another one free of charge, the taste of the food was great. It was a great casual meal.

My husband and I came here for lunch. Our waitress was nice but a little pushy with the add ons. But I guess that's what she's supposed to do. We started off with the chips and chipotle ranch dip. The chips were fresh and hot and the dip was amazing. Seriously addicting. Evil stuff! I had the sirloin steak salad. The steak was perfectly cooked and delicious. My husband had the philly steak sandwich. He devoured it in like 5 minutes so I think that his vote was that it was good.

I'm a prime rib snob so you all have some perspective on who is writing this. Service was not good at all. Our waiter was slow unfriendly and did nothing on his own. He was definitely pre-occupied. It took us over 5 minutes to receive drinks in a non-packed restaurant. The prime rib had zero flavor and it was chewy. The sides were small portions and sub-par. It was hands down the worst steakhouse for the price we have been to. To top off the large bill, the waiter took the check off the table prior to us departing. It was just a bad experience for a family that was looking forward to prime rib on Sunday. Maybe other dishes are great and other wait staff is awesome. We will not be finding that out. Hope this helps. Good luck. And if anyone knows where you can get amazing prime rib please let me know. Pat

Took my family here for dinner. Everything about this place was awesome except for the hour-long wait. That was to be expected on a Friday night, though. I had the steak & salmon. Everything was cooked to perfection. The sides were large & delicious. We had the calamari, stuffed mushrooms, chicken wraps, and jalapeño shrimp. Delicious...all of it. For as stuffed as I was when I left, the check was much smaller than I anticipated!! Out server (Jamie) was very friendly and was even working with a broken finger (what a trooper). I'd go back here in a heartbeat. Everything about this place was great!!

The food is really good. The give you warm bread with your order. The salad was excellent. But the service brings the whole experience down. Server was nice, but not attentive. it took her 10 mins just to initally approach the table. She disappeared for long periods of time. We had to ask other servers to track her down.

My group and myself had a great meal here, we ordered various items such as, prime rib, burgers, steaks and baby back ribs, homemade chips and soups. I had the onion soup which wasn't blow your mind but was good, and the baby back ribs which where falling off the bone,,, good! waitress was attenative and kept all our glasses full and checked back with us promptly..... 4 stars from the "Aloha State" price for 5 adults,,, $105 before tip (same meal in hawaii would be about 300)

I took my 90 year old grandmother there last Sunday and and all of us had a blast! The service was excellent. The cocktails were very tasty. The food was really good and the portions were huge - had so much food that we all had enough for lunch the next day! Would definitely come again.

Maybe they have improved because they have been open long enough to "work out the kinks" and our experience was very good. We had a different experience than the other two reviews and will definitely be back. The decor is great---picture Southwest crossed with Texas. Very Southwest upscale and very nice atmosphere. Great bar. Excellent service and decent prices---not cheap mind you, but very fair for a steakhouse. We went for lunch, and can highly recommend the prime rib sandwich as well as the black and blue burger. The boneless buffalo wings were excellent. Bloody Mary's are also a real winner. Would go back just for those. Can't wait to go back for dinner and try out the steaks!

I just went to longhorn last night. I hope some of you that thought the food was good had a different chef. We got a spicy fried shrimp appitizer that you could tell that they get frozen, it takes 30 secs to bread salad shrimp and then just cook them. Not to mention they will cook faster when fresh and not frozen. The shrimp also had too much breading, the shrimp is supposed to be the star. Salads were good except my ceasar had no crutons, but my wifes did. Did the waitress not notice this? On to the entrees. Now normally I get a strip steak, but I decided on a porterhouse. There was grease sitting on top of my steak and on the plate and even my fries. Both items had entirely too much salt. While eating a fry I bit directly onto a chunk of salt. My wife decided it was a soup and salad night. Loved her salad, but she got passed the cheese of her french onion soup and stopped due to how salty it was and needed a glass of water. Even that didnt help because she could still taste salt in her mouth for 10 mins. Even while we were there a couple behind us complained that their steaks were undercooked. Good news was we got the appitizer compt, but we will never go back. We have also decided we are dobe with chain sit downs. They need to watch the food network and learn how to cook with fresh food and not frozen.

My boyfriend and I went to an early dinner here the other night around 4:45. The place was empty because of the time, maybe 3 other tables full. That was fine with us. I have been to a longhorn before and had good food and my boyfriend had never been there before. I don't eat much red meat so I usually opt with chicken and I remember having an EXCELLENT chicken dish there before. Well to start things off we sat down and looked at the menu which had something for each of us. The server came by and took our drink order and it all started off great. We didn't get an appetizer, but we did want bread and we each got a salad. Our bread came which was delicious but our server did not bring us plates. She was no where to be seen and no other employees walked by either so we didn't have plates for our bread. Salads came. I'm not a huge fan of tomatoes so I usually pick them off of my salad and give them to my boyfriend. The weird thing with my garden salad, the tomatoes were chopped very finely. No big deal really I just ate them anyways, but it looked like salsa on my salad. The italian dressing was AWFUL. very bitter and almost hard to eat. Then on to our entree. I got the parmesan crusted chicken. It was just ok. There was so much cheese on there my plate was covered in grease. My mashed potatoes looked gray with very little flavor. My boyfriend ordered the prime rib which he didn't really care for and said his baked potato seemed undercooked. When we asked for a box it took the server about 5 minutes to bring it. I think throughout the meal we only saw her 3 times which would be fine during the busy dinner time but she had no other tables and we needed things and couldn't find her. we wanted to try somewhere new and we now think we'll stick with our staples. The one upside/downside our most favorite server we have ever had now works there and unfortunately we don't we will be seeing her again. her name is Tracee and she used to work at TGI fridays.

Save your money. The steak was poor quality. The service was ok. A quote from the waitress when asked by a customer if he could sit at the bar "Not yet, it's dirty". That makes for a nice thought just before your meal.

  • Don M.

The place is nice. Very comfortable, nice atmosphere and friendly. I had the blue lemontini to start and it was pretty good. I spotted the outlaw ribeye and had to have it. They described it as 18oz rubbed with special seasonings famous for exceptional flavor. Well it was 18oz but the special seasonings and flavor were no where to be found. It tasted just plain. Even the presentation was boring when they set the food down. You just have the feeling it should be more than what it is. They did cook it how I wanted and she asked me me if it was ok. That and getting bread served after we finished our salads. It would have been nice to have with the salad. I'll take a pass. My expectations were not high but I did expect a little more.

It was about 15 below out and I wanted red meat. This place opened about 3 months ago and I figured I'd give it a shot. Keep shooting. The place looked really nice. It had that old cabin look to it. The waitress came up to us promptly and she had her stalker with her. She was in training and the other girl just leaned against the booth and staired at us? She got our drinks and took our order. By the third time she came by she was starting to creep me out. And everytime our server left the table her shadow would run behind telling her what she did wrong. I had the strawberry lemonade. It was very weak. Tasted more like sugar water. Then came my caesar salad. The lettuce was wilted and it had no dressing on it. What was on the bottom tasted like a very bland ranch. Then after she collects the plates, she brings out the bread. It was very good wheat bread. But it would have been nice to have it with the salad. She came back and collected the plates from the bread not saying a word. They kid who gave me my steak asked if I wanted anything else. I said more bread. Holy mother of pearl. They had to have a summit because of that. My t-bone and baked potato fit the plate perfectly. There was no room for error. The presentation was lacking here. The steak had no seasoning and or taste. It was just o.k. The potato had 3 dollips of sour cream that also had no flavor. Then to complete the stepford wives trio. The manager came by as we were eating to give us her card and ask how everything was? Weird! Thanks for asking. Then our server seated a table next to us and we got to see the stalkers ass in our face. The food in this place is playing it safe by not having any flavor to appeal to the masses of tastebudless dinosaurs that filled up the joint. For 5 dollars more I could have had a huge porter house at Gibbons that actually tasted like meat. I will leave this place to the lemmings.

The steaks were pretty good. The wait wasn't worth it though. We must have waited for over a hour for a seat. They didn't apologize for the wait. Our waitress was a complete female dog!!! My mom complained about the wait and the waitress says well it was a lot more crowded on new years it was a 2 hour wait. Rude! Not fast service. The waitress just seemed pretty snotty. ugh. Maybe better to go here for lunch. They're pretty expensive for having rude service.

I ate here the other day not expecting to like it. Everyone loved their steaks. I loved how mine tasted, but I ordered it butterflied, medium well and the center of the steak was really bloody. They did ask if it was cooked ok right after they were served and when I stared eating the ends were ok, but as I got into the steak it was RED. My sweet potato was a little dry. We ordered two different types of specialty drinks and we loved them--the peach, blackberry margarita is awesome. Someone at our table ordered a chocolate type of martini and he said it was great. Our server was great, too. We also brought in a birthday cake from a bakery and they allowed us to serve it with no additional charges.

Went here with a friend and my mom on a Wednesday night. We were seated and waited 10 minutes just to be greeted by our waiter. We ordered drinks that took a very long time to get as well. It seemed as though our waiter was overwhelmed with his tables and he, unintentionally I'm sure, ignored ours. We then ordered our food and about 15 minutes later I finally see our waiter walking towards us with our salads. He then places them down on the empty table directly NEXT to us and asks another table if they're ready to order. We giggle, wondering why he couldn't quickly give us our salad. He takes the other tables' order and disappears! Leaving us to stare at our salads on the empty table next to us. We pondered grabbing them ourselves, but figured he'd be back in a few seconds. We were wrong. After 5 minutes with the salads sitting there, I decided to grab them and serve us. The salad was very good, very fresh veggies. We asked for more bread and butter twice, to no avail. Finally, the third time was a charm. Our main dishes then arrived- ordered my steak medium well and when I cut into it it was a dark pink throughout. I wanted to send it back; however our waiter was absent and I was extremely hungry so I ate it anyway. Extremely disappointed by the terrible service we received. 2 stars instead of 1 only because the salad and baked potato were good and so would have been the steak, had it been cooked the way I asked.

I went on Saturday, for sweetest day, for my first time and really enjoyed the experience. Our server was at our table within a decent time and asked if it was our first time, when we said yea he offered to give us some time and get our drinks. So when he gets back we finally order. We ordered their chees fries(that have chilli, bacon, and jalapenos on them)-those were really good! My boyfriend ordered the outlawer(I believe that's what it was called) and he said his was good too but when I asked if he'd rather that or the steak I had from TGIF a few weeks ago he said the one from TGIF so I don't think he'd say it was that good. Then I ordered the Prime Rib medium rare. It was pretty good, especially the seasoning they use on the edges but I think the cheese fries were my favorite part of the meal. Overall, it was a good experience, we walked away full, and our waitor was extremely helpeful.

The first time I went there, the steaks were not cooked as I had ordered. Thinking that it was new my wife and I went there a second time. The same issue happened, steaks were not cooked as we had ordered. The restaurant is very nice but needs to improve the cooking skills of the chef. The specials steaks need to be more flavorful
